Jamie runs the day to day. He takes the job report, picks the right trade for it, prices it, and stays on it until the work is signed off and invoiced. If you are working with us, Jamie is the person on the end of the phone.
Avital looks after the business side: compliance, contractor vetting, insurance records and the paperwork that keeps everything clean. Invoices that match your payment run and certificates that are actually on file are her doing.
You send the job to us. We handle the trade, the access, the chasing and the sign-off.
Calls and messages get picked up. If we cannot do something, you hear that quickly rather than never.
Before and after photos and a written completion note on every job, so you can forward it to a landlord or leaseholder.
